• All products sold are shipped Air Mail, from Montreal, Canada. All parcels are sent via Canada Post or Purolator. All shipments include insurance.
  
  
• All shipping charges are included in the total cost of your purchase. Our charges include, handling, insurance and for international orders it also includes the cost of customs documentation that will need to be filled out. The total Discounts and Charges will be shown when you add an item to your cart and also at checkout.
  
  
• International shipments require customs documentation. We include all required customs documents and permits with every international shipment. We take every step to ensure all requirements are in place so there will be no delays.
  
  
• If you require one or two day shipment service, Contact Us with your shipping instructions prior to placing the order. We will then provide you with the exact cost by E-mail and only proceed with the order upon your approval. Depending on the destination and the product ordered, one or two day service may not be available.
  
  
• If you require Overseas shipment, E-mail Us with your details and we will provide a paypal invoice with any extra shipping and handling costs.
